We always use the utmost care possible in the cleaning of your garments and household goods, but due to variations in materials, fabrics, and dyes used to manufacture these products, we require your authorization before we can proceed.
In addition, we claim no responsibility for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts and sequins.
We also cannot guarantee against color loss and shrink-age; or damage to weak or tender fabrics.
Any differences in count must be reported, and receipt presented, within 48 hours. Unless a list accompanied the bundle, our count must be accepted. The company's liability with respect to any lost article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.
By using any services provided by 1 Stop Laundry, you agree to the above statement and understand that we will process your garments with the utmost care. However, you understand all hazards and therefore release 1 Stop Laundry from all responsibility.
REFUND POLICY
The refund policy for subscription laundry services is as follows:
Partial refunds will not be issued.
For full year subscriptions, full refunds will be issued if (1) the refund is requested on or before September 15 of the fall semester AND no orders have been submitted for processing. Refunds will be issued by October 15.
